Project: Battersea 2021

Product System: Clearline 27 Single Glazed

At the beginning of the year we completed this project, alongside some of our partners, for an office based company in Battersea, who’s team have been working from home throughout the pandemic. Like many others they took the opportunity to revamp their workspace. Our client was desiring an open and airy look to their refurbished office, maintaining light and the feel space while creating individual working spaces for privacy and safety.

I think we can all agree that this Clearline system gives offices such a clean, fresh look and this completed project gave office workers a productive environment enabling them to once again return to working in and enjoying the office ambience.

This project used Neslo Clearline 27 single-glazed channels and frames finished in a RAL 9005 30% stock colour.

Colour Finishes Available:

Sections are extruded from material grade 6063 in T6 condition conforming to BS EN 755-9.

Polyester powder coating to a thickness of 40/60 microns. White (RAL 9010 30%), silver (RAL 9006

30%) and Black (Ral 9005 30%) are held in stock with other RAL and BS finishes available on request.

Integration:

Our Clearline system can integrate with other systems and Drywall.

Door Frames & Doors:

Door frames can accommodate various sizes and thicknesses up to 44mm (54mm rebated)

Types of doors can be glass, aluminium framed or timber up to 44mm thick.

Glass Options:

10mm Toughened (35db) or 12mm Toughened (36db)

10.8mm Laminated (36db) or 12.8mm Laminated (37db)

12.8mm Acoustic Laminated (40db)

Fire Rated – Up to 17mm Glass
